My physiotherapy services focus on helping midlife clients stay active, pain-free, and mobile. Whether you need post-injury rehab, chronic pain relief, or mobility improvement, our expert-led sessions ensure a tailored approach. 

 With 17+ years of experience, I provide highly personalised care that goes beyond symptom relief—I focus on long-term solutions for your health and well-being. Whether you need support for injury recovery, pain management, surgery rehab, or optimising movement, I integrate hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and lifestyle strategies (nourishment, movement, recovery, and stress management). I also collaborate with your healthcare team for truly integrated care. 

Important Information 

This is a private billing clinic.

Chronic Disease Management plans accepted ( please email your paper work before you attend the appointment).

Workers Compensation, MVA or DVA clients are not accepted.

All accounts are settled on the day. Private Health fund Rebates available for physio appointments. 

Cancellation policy: 50% of appointment time for cancellations less than 48hours. Full fee will be charged for no shows, without notice.

Movement & Exercise Programs

Personalised, physiotherapist-led movement programs designed to build strength, mobility, and resilience. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or optimising your fitness, I offer tailored programs that meet your needs. Choose from individual rehab plans, strength and mobility training, bone density programs, and Pilates-based sessions delivered one-on-one, in small group settings, or recorded programs for independent practice. My approach blends physiotherapy expertise with functional strength, mobility, and mindful movement to help you stay active and strong for life. 

We will start where you are and work gradually to achieve your goals and needs in a safe environment.

In the 1-1 or small-group semi private session, you will receive a tailored program, individual attention, and accountability.

Important information:

Initial Assessment and 1-1 sessions are required before joining the semi-private sessions. 

Sessions can be partially claimed under private health fund under code 505.

Wait in the reception area ( couches in front of the clinic) and wait to be called on your session time.

  • Accessibility: Scheduled group times
  • Re-assessments: encouraged every 12 weeks
  • Program Planning: If new condition arise, a 30-minute Consult for adequate diagnosis and plan needed.
  • Bookings: Class have set times and bookings are essential. Online bookings available. Contact us to book a regular session time. 
  • What to wear: comfortable clothes, socks (preferably non slip), bring a towel and water bottle. 
  • These sessions are not individual rehabilitation sessions. For 1-1 care, please book a subsequent consult.
